


The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract provides a broad range of enterprise-level support services for IT integration and service management activities to the U.S. Army, other Department of Defense agencies, and all other Federal agencies. The types of services and solutions include the following Task Areas:
Ordering under the contract is decentralized and is authorized for ordering by all Department of Defense and Federal agencies but is being specifically crafted to be utilized as a strategic source for the U.S. Army. Orders may be placed by any Ordering Contracting Officers within the previously mentioned agencies against this contract. No agency pass-through or service fees are associated with this contract. Individual task orders will be awarded by the Ordering Contracting Officers.
This is a Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) IDIQ contract. Individual task orders allowed under this agreement are Fixed Price (FP), Time and Materials (T&M), and Cost Reimbursement (CR).
The Network Centric Solutions – 2 (NETCENTS-2) Network Operations and Infrastructure Solutions Small Business (NOSB), IDIQ contract provides services and solutions for network operations, production, research and development, and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission capabilities to the United States Air Force.
The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) is a multiple award, performance-based indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract providing customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world. Customers may include various Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) customers as well as other program executive offices (PEOs), Department of Defense (DoD) agencies and federal agencies with C4ISR-related requirements within scope of the RS3 performance work statement.
SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG) is the United States Navy’s electronic procurement portal designed to facilitate performance-based services acquisition, and leverage users’ buying power to enhance efficiency, improve business intelligence, and reduce acquisition cycle time.
SeaPort NxG task orders may be issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and may be used by all Virtual Systems Commands activities.
