ALLIANT 2 (Full & Open)

Alliant 2, a Best-in-Class GWAC that is preferred governmentwide solution, offers artificial intelligence (AI), distributed ledger technology (DLT), robotic process automation (RPA), and other types of emerging technologies. It provides best-value IT solutions to federal agencies, while strengthening chances in federal contracting for small businesses through subcontracting.

GSA’s Alliant 2 GWAC is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) offering completeand flexible IT solutions worldwide.

AMCON Express (GSA BPA)

U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) uses a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) on the GSA PES and MOBIS Schedules to provide advisory and assistance services to AMCOM and its customers with Federal Supply Schedule contractors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. This contract also provides technical support for Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), the Program Executive Offices (PEO), and allies for fielded Army aviation and missile systems. SAIC develops and integrates advanced technologies during the entire lifecycle, including software development and maintenance. Representative examples include air and ballistic missile defense, fire support, close combat, manned and unmanned aviation, command, control and communications, interoperability, intelligence/surveillance, and automatic test equipment.

DIA SITE III (Full & Open)

The Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) is DIA’s third consecutive Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to address the evolving information technology (IT) requirements vital to the security of the United States.

The 10-year SITE III IDIQ provides a centralized and synchronized IT acquisition capability to meet worldwide security requirements and technical support services through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global intelligence and Command and Control assets. SITE III facilitates worldwide coverage for integrated IT intelligence requirements and technical support services to the DIA and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). SITE III also supports business process reengineering and development, performance measures and metrics, feasibility studies, IT systems architecture development and planning, research, design, engineering and development of systems, and fielding and installation of systems with capabilities developed during the design and engineering phase.

ESS VI

Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Electronic Security Systems V (ESS-VI)

The Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Program at the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center offers turn-key, cradle-to-grave support for the design, procurement, installation, testing and maintenance of ESS worldwide. The ESS Product Delivery Team (PDT) can support any U.S. government agency in need of physical and/or electronic security systems.

The ESS PDT includes project engineers, project managers and contracting professionals who work together along with our customer to outline requirements, develop Performance Work Statements (PWS) and issue Requests for Proposal (RFP), resulting in contract awards to qualified contractors offering the best value to the government.
The primary contract vehicle currently being used for ESS efforts is the ESS VI Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) which has a contract capacity of $450 million and an ordering period through April 5, 2022. The ESS VI MATOC includes multiple small and large business contractors experienced in designing, installing, and maintaining ESS.

ITES-3S (Full & Open)

The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract provides a broad range of enterprise-level support services for IT integration and service management activities to the U.S. Army, other Department of Defense agencies, and all other Federal agencies. The types of services and solutions include the following Task Areas:

Ordering under the contract is decentralized and is authorized for ordering by all Department of Defense and Federal agencies but is being specifically crafted to be utilized as a strategic source for the U.S. Army. Orders may be placed by any Ordering Contracting Officers within the previously mentioned agencies against this contract. No agency pass-through or service fees are associated with this contract. Individual task orders will be awarded by the Ordering Contracting Officers.

This is a Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) IDIQ contract. Individual task orders allowed under this agreement are Fixed Price (FP), Time and Materials (T&M), and Cost Reimbursement (CR).

NETCENTS 2 Net Ops (Small Business)

The Network Centric Solutions – 2 (NETCENTS-2) Network Operations and Infrastructure Solutions Small Business (NOSB), IDIQ contract provides services and solutions for network operations, production, research and development, and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission capabilities to the United States Air Force.

RS3

The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) is a multiple award, performance-based indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract providing customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world. Customers may include various Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) customers as well as other program executive offices (PEOs), Department of Defense (DoD) agencies and federal agencies with C4ISR-related requirements within scope of the RS3 performance work statement.

SeaPort-NxG (Small Business)

SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG) is the United States Navy’s electronic procurement portal designed to facilitate performance-based services acquisition, and leverage users’ buying power to enhance efficiency, improve business intelligence, and reduce acquisition cycle time.

SeaPort NxG task orders may be issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and may be used by all Virtual Systems Commands activities.
