Chief Operating Officer

Debbie Roesch is the Chief Operating Officer and a trusted partner to clients and teams navigating complex, highly regulated environments. She is known for her calm, practical leadership style and her ability to bring structure, clarity, and forward momentum to organizations that need both growth and stability.

With deep experience in GovCon operations, cleared workforce scaling, and CMMC and NIST 800-171 compliance, Debbie works closely with leadership teams to translate big-picture goals into clear, achievable execution. She has guided organizations through periods of growth, change, and operational maturity—always with a focus on doing things the right way and building for the long term.

Debbie believes the strongest outcomes come from collaboration and trust. She partners side-by-side with clients to understand their challenges, simplify complexity, and build operational foundations that support compliance, performance, and confidence. Her approach is hands-on, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that strong operations ultimately enable strong relationships.

Director of Atlantic Digital’s Cybersecurity and Compliance Consulting Division

Jimmy serves as the Director of Atlantic Digital’s Cybersecurity and Compliance Consulting Division, a standalone business unit he conceptualized, built, and leads. Responsible for the division’s vision, team development, and forecasting, Jimmy executed a strategy that ensured the division operated profitably from day one.

He brings a "builder’s mindset" backed by a history of groundbreaking innovation with industry giants like PwC, Tech Data, Cisco, and AT&T. With over 36 years of IT experience—including 15 years consulting for the Department of Defense—Jimmy has transitioned from engineering secure telecom platforms generating millions per hour to architecting DevSecOps methodologies for SOCOM.

Jimmy thrives on mission-critical, high-yield work, determined to excel at an elite level and make a tangible impact. Whether winning four national titles, performing on a dance tour in Russia, securing the President’s critical communications systems, or modernizing application development in AWS for Special Forces, he is built to solve complex challenges with long-term sustainability in mind.

His career formally began in 1989, when he built and piloted a secure electronic gradebook system in high school—his first real-world exposure to protecting data. He later honed his enterprise skills at Tech Data in 1996, securing telecom platforms generating over $11 million per hour, where availability, authentication, and integrity were mission-critical.

Since then, Jimmy has held senior engineering and consulting roles with major organizations, including AT&T/Avaya and PwC. As a consultant and Cisco Gold and Premium Partner, he leads the design of secure infrastructure and collaboration solutions that embed cybersecurity directly into architecture and operations.

Jimmy holds a BS in IT Security (2012), earned his CCIE Collaboration in 2015, and maintains more than 15 professional certifications along with Top Secret clearance eligibility. He continues to approach cybersecurity as a builder, engineering security by design rather than applying it after the fact.

IT & DevSecOps

I’ve been immersed in the IT and DevSecOps world since 2013. My passion for technology began at home, watching my uncle set up a server in our living room and explaining each step of the process. That early spark inspired me to teach myself everything I could about technology, from the fundamentals of hardware to the complexities of modern cloud infrastructure.

While attending Early College, I interned in the computer lab, where I gained hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing systems ranging from Windows PCs to Macs. I also worked part-time at a local computer repair shop, further strengthening my technical foundation and problem-solving skills.

In 2017, I began teaching myself programming, starting with C#. This self-driven learning led me to pursue a degree in Computer Programming. I enjoyed developing small programs to automate everyday tasks and make life easier for my colleagues and me.

Eager to expand my expertise, I dove into Azure DevOps, earning my AZ-400 certification and taking on a new challenge as a DevOps Engineer. My experience and leadership in that role soon led to my appointment as Head of IT, and later, Head of Cyber Security and Cloud Operations.

Today, I continue to build on that journey as a Senior Consultant specializing in CMMC compliance. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Cyber Security, because for me, learning never stops. I thrive in environments where technology and security intersect, and I’m driven by the constant evolution of the cybersecurity landscape.

Azure Cloud Engineer

I’m an Azure Cloud Engineer with over seven years of experience in systems, network, and cloud administration. Since beginning my IT career in 2018, I’ve built a strong foundation in infrastructure management, security operations, and automation that has evolved into advanced Azure engineering and compliance-focused work.

For the past five years, I’ve specialized in designing, deploying, and securing Azure environments using tools like Bicep, PowerShell, and Logic Apps. My experience includes managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, administering SQL databases, and implementing security controls aligned with NIST RMF and CMMC 2.0 standards.

I work extensively with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Intune, Defender, Exchange, and Entra ID, to strengthen identity, access, and endpoint security. My focus is on creating scalable, resilient, and compliant solutions that align with business and regulatory goals while improving operational efficiency.

IT & Cybersecurity Consultant

Matthew Carson is a cybersecurity and IT consultant with over 17 years of experience across IT operations, automation, and cybersecurity. He began his career in 2008 by founding and operating a computer repair business, supporting small businesses and individual clients while building a strong foundation in practical problem-solving and system reliability.

Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. While attending college, he worked full time providing IT support for a defense contractor, gaining early exposure to regulated environments, security requirements, and mission-critical systems.

After graduating, Matthew remained in the defense space, where his role evolved from IT Operations into cybersecurity responsibilities. During this time, he architected and implemented systems to meet stringent regulatory and security requirements, including NIST SP 800-171/CMMC and NIST SP 800-53, and led several organizations through successful audits and assessments, bridging operational needs with audit and compliance expectations.

Building on that experience, Matthew developed a career focused on delivering security programs that are both compliant and operationally sustainable. He combines cybersecurity leadership with automation and IT operations expertise to design environments that support audit readiness, reduce operational friction, and scale securely over time.

Today, Matthew works with regulated organizations—particularly those in the defense and government supplier space—to design, implement, and mature security programs. He delivers vCISO services, cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance (GRC), and architects modern technical solutions with a focus on secure architecture, scalability, and efficiency. His work emphasizes not just compliance, but long-term maintainability, strong cybersecurity posture, and audit defensibility.

Known for a pragmatic, execution-focused approach, Matthew serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and technical teams, helping organizations translate complex compliance requirements into practical, auditable, and scalable solutions. His work enables organizations to reduce risk, withstand audit scrutiny, and operate securely with confidence.

Operations Manager

Mabel applies a globally informed, research-focused lens to guide strategy and insights. Drawing on an interdisciplinary background in intercultural communication, social and behavioral science, and data analytics, she has built a career at the intersection of research, business strategy, and storytelling.

Her professional experience includes work as a mixed-methods researcher, program evaluator, professor, and administrator, followed by roles centered on data analysis and research-driven strategy. At Atlantic Digital, her work spans growth operations and advanced, contact-level marketing analytics, compliance support, talent acquisition, and process improvement.

Mabel excels at turning complex data and research into clear, actionable insights, and she brings a passion for using strategy to support sustainable growth, high-performing teams, and measurable results.
